Caroline Conway

Caroline Conway is a senior legal advisor with over 18 years of experience in infrastructure investment and global project finance. As Managing Director, Legal at Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm, she supported the firm’s growth from $7.3 billion to $73 billion in assets under management from 2018 to 2025. Caroline advises senior leadership on legal risk, complex deal structuring, fund formation and governance, and international expansion—including obtaining regulatory licenses and developing compliance frameworks. Caroline brings deep transactional experience across the energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure sectors, having led or advised on multibillion-dollar financings, M&A, and joint ventures in developed and emerging markets. She holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, an MSc from the University of Oxford, and a B.A. with honors from Stanford University. Caroline currently serves on the board of Access Justice Brooklyn, a nonprofit providing critical pro bono civil legal services. She is admitted to the New York Bar and brings a global perspective shaped by extensive work and travel across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Thanks to her mother, Lois Conway, Caroline has a deep love of music.
