Juliana Chen

Juliana Chen sang with MasterVoices for several years in the 1990s and joined the Board in 2009, where she served on the Marketing and Development Committees and led the Governance Committee.  She served as the Board Co-Chair from 2017-2024.

She has spent 18 years at Pfizer, Inc. where she is the Chief of Staff to the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.  Previously she held multiple commercial and innovation roles in the Hospital and Consumer Healthcare business units. Through most of her Pfizer career, Juliana has been heavily involved in the DisAbility Colleague Resource Group where she has worked to bring diverse talent to the corporation while raising awareness of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion issues to create an environment in which all colleagues can succeed.

Juliana’s previous experience includes innovation work at Kraft Foods and Colgate-Palmolive.  She holds a BA in Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.  Previous board experience includes representing the Special Music School on the board of the Kaufman Music Center.
